M Y Group have engineers living throughout East Anglia, to give an excellent coverage. Our engineers are fully qualified & are kept up to date with the latest rules, regulations & information.

We service & maintain domestic, oil, gas & LPG boilers, heaters & fires. We are registered with all the governing bodies CORGI, OFTEC, & our electricians are registered with NICEIC. This ensures we are kept up to date with the latest releases.

Modern boilers are designed and built to the highest standards, combining science and technology to produce units that give years of efficient performance. Even with this reliability there are occasions when the unexpected may happen and the boiler will break down and need to have components replaced.

We have made sure our vehicles are kept stocked with all the components that are common, as well as many spares needed for leading manufacturers.

A gas or oil boiler should be serviced once a year. This goes some way towards the prevention of a breakdown. It is always important to ensure you do not let your oil run too low, as this can cause damage to burner components, as well as mean a new filter & nozzle.

Its also worth remembering, your heating system itself needs cleaning from time to time. We offer a number of ways of doing this, which includes a “powerflush”, which is where we attach a machine to the system & flush the inside of the circuit out with chemicals to remove as much sludge as possible.

Once you have had a service on your appliance by M Y Group, You will be offered a reminder your service is due one year later. This makes you a priority customer, without a contract. If you are on our database as being an annual customer, we always try & fit you in for your service before a new customer. Also, we look to attend a breakdown call within 48 hours. Whilst we try & offer this service to all our customers, its not always possible, & means it very busy times, we have to say no to new customers.
